Benson Smith, CEO of Teleflex Inc., will retire from the board of Rochester Medical Corp. on Jan. 31, the medical-device maker announced Friday. Smith decided to leave due to issues related to “prioritization of his time,” the company said in a statement. Stewartville, Minn.-based Rochester Medical (Nasdaq: ROCM) has nominated Richard Kramp, formerly CEO of Synovis LIfe Technologies Inc., to fill the position.
