(Nasdaq:ALNY) presented new clinical data for patisiran (ALN-TTR02), an RNAi therapeutic targeting transthyretin (TTR) in development for the treatment of TTR-mediated amyloidosis (ATTR), which is enabled by Tekmira’s lipid nanoparticle (LNP) technology.
