EMBA Medical, a device maker mostly under wraps, is part-way through a $3 million equity financing round launched earlier this month. EMBA Medical is more than 2/3 of the way through a $3 million funding round with 16 listed, but unnamed, investors participating, according to a company SEC filing. EMBA has raised $2.1 million so far through sales of equity, which began July 10.
