St. Jude Medical, Inc. (NYSE:STJ), a global medical device company, today announced that its board of directors declared a third quarter dividend of $0.25 per common share. This dividend amount is equal to the dividend paid during the first and second quarter of 2013 and brings the total dividend declared for the year to $0.75 per share. The dividend is payable October 31, 2013, to shareholders of record on September 30, 2013.
