(TSX VENTURE: SHH) (www.sonomax.com) announces that it has completed the closing of a fourth and final tranche of the private placement that was announced on February 8th, 2007, by issuing a total of 2,222,222 units at a price of $0.225 per unit for net proceeds to Sonomax of $500,000. Each unit consists of one common share of Sonomax and one common share purchase warrant. Each full warrant entitles the holder to purchase one additional common share of Sonomax at a price of $0.35 until May 25, 2009.
