BRUSSELS, Nov 29 (Reuters) - Belgian drugs, chemicals and plastics maker Solvay (SOLB.BR: Quote, Profile, Research) said on Thurday it would sell a U.S. subsidiary, Solvay Engineered Polymers, a maker of polypropelene compounds, to chemicals group Basell.
