Scheer Partners, Inc. Lands LNE/G-MED North America As Tenant At 3930 Knowles Avenue, Bringing The Building To Almost 90% Occupied

Kensington, MD (January 20, 2015) – France-based LNE/G-MED’s North American branch is relocating its Kensington office to 3930 Knowles Avenue.

Scheer Partners, the leading provider of fully integrated commercial real estate services in the Washington and Baltimore metropolitan areas, announced today that it has secured LNE/G-MED North America, a medical device certification company, as a tenant at 3930 Knowles Avenue, a 15,000-square-foot building in Kensington. LNE/G-MED will occupy 2,530 square feet.

In this transaction, Scheer Partners Senior Vice President Nate Crowe and Associate Kevin Rosenberg represented the landlord, Knowles Avenue Joint Venture.
