AUBAGNE, France & GOETTINGEN, Germany--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The Sartorius Stedim Biotech Group (Paris:DIM) increased its first-quarter sales revenue and earnings over the year-earlier figures.* Consolidated first-quarter sales revenue rose 10.3% on the basis of constant currencies. In the reporting currency, sales revenue grew 6.2% to €91.3 million from €85.9 million a year ago. Again, this growth was driven in particular by business with filters and other disposables for biotechnological applications.
