BRIDGEWATER, N.J., May 15 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Sanofi-aventis, the world's third largest pharmaceutical company, is working with Innovatix, LLC to develop healthFORWARD(TM), a quality management process that focuses on identifying health care needs and implementing health management interventions, in the alternate care marketplace.
Sanofi-aventis is eager to develop healthFORWARD(TM) with Innovatix, the nation's largest independent group purchasing organization (GPO) serving the alternate care provider market.
The healthFORWARD(TM) program is comprised of two components. The Quality Management Process provides a step-by-step process, complete with tools and resources, designed to help achieve quality improvement objectives as it guides interactions in a logical and targeted manner to support agreed upon objectives. The Targeted Health Interventions are modular tools and resources to complement existing health management initiatives and are initially offered in three disease states: Cardiometabolic Risk, Type 2 Diabetes and Deep Vein Thrombosis/Pulmonary Embolism (DVT/PE).
