The award recognizes Rho’s achievements in creating a positive work environment that attracts and retains employees through a combination of benefits, working conditions and company culture. It is the eighth year in a row the RTP-based company has received this recognition.

The awards are presented based upon results of employee surveys conducted by the Triangle Business Journal. Rho, along with 49 other local companies, was recognized during a special award ceremony on September 12, 2019 at Raleigh Improv in Cary, NC. The CRO has won every year since 2012.
