(“PTI” or “the Company”) announced that it has dropped its litigation in the Superior Court of Arizona, County of Pima (Case No. C20150243) against Peptide Solutions, LLC (“PSL”), PSL’s CEO Mahendra Menakuru, and several of PSL’s alleged employees. In return, PSL has agreed to drop its counterclaim suit against PTI and its CEO Nate Cosper. The amicable agreement allows both companies to pursue their respective business interests.
PTI recognizes the leadership and service Mahendra Menakuru provided while serving as the Company’s CEO. During his tenure, PTI experienced significant growth and success, a trend continuing under the Company’s new ownership.
