Pfizer Offers Free Viagra To Loyal Users

Drug maker Pfizer Inc. (PFE.N: Quote, Profile, Research) will offer free Viagra pills to loyal users in a move to maintain market share for impotence treatments as new rivals Levitra and Cialis come on the market, the Wall Street Journal said on Wednesday. After six Viagra prescriptions are filled, the seventh will be free, Pfizer told the Journal. But the plan will only apply to those who pay for Viagra themselves, not for patients whose Viagra purchases are subsidized by insurance, it said.
