The Company reported GAAP earnings per share from continuing operations of $0.22, as compared to $0.17 in the first quarter of 2010. On a non-GAAP basis, which includes the adjustments noted in the attached reconciliation, the Company announced adjusted earnings per share of $0.34, exceeding the Company’s prior guidance of $0.29-$0.31, representing an increase of 36% as compared to the first quarter of 2010.
