South Florida Business Journal -- Developer R. Donahue Peebles has regained management control of the Royal Palm Hotel in Miami Beach, although he still owns just 12.5 percent. Miami Dade County Circuit Judge Gill S. Freeman on Tuesday awarded Peebles’ company control of the hotel, ruling that another partner, Guy Mitchell, committed “willful misconduct, fraud, or breach of fiduciary duty.”
