EAST HILLS, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The Board of Directors of Pall Corporation (NYSE: PLL) has declared a quarterly dividend at a rate of 12 cents per share, payable on May 9, 2007 to shareholders of record as of April 25, 2007.
