PARSIPPANY, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Pacira Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (NASDAQ: PCRX) today announced that it is offering $100 million of its common stock in a proposed underwritten public offering. In addition, Pacira intends to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to $15 million of additional shares of common stock. The offering is subject to market conditions and there can be no assurance as to whether or when the offering may be completed.
