The Company reported net income from continuing operations of $19.7 million (or $0.33 per share) for the three months ended March 31, 2007, compared with net income from continuing operations of $376,000 (or $0.01 per share) for the first quarter of 2006. On an adjusted basis, the Company reported net income from continuing operations of $0.35 per share for the three months ended March 31, 2007.
