With its own biotech hub burgeoning, Orlando now has its own organization, named BioOrlando, aimed at supporting and promoting life sciences. And while St. Lucie County’s Economic Development Council’s President Larry Pelton applauded the idea, he said the Treasure Coast already is doing the same thing with the Florida’s Research Coast initiative.
