COVINGTON, Ky.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The Board of Directors of Omnicare, Inc. (NYSE:OCR), a leading provider of pharmaceutical care for the elderly, declared today a quarterly cash dividend of 2.25 cents ($0.0225) per share on its common stock. The dividend is payable March 20, 2009, to stockholders of record on March 6, 2009.
