Officials Resist Solar Plant at SoCal Airport Site

Fresno Bee -- Officials in northern Los Angeles County are resisting a proposal to build a solar power plant on nearly a quarter of 17,750 acres bought by the city of Los Angeles decades ago for use as an international airport.
