IRVINE, Calif. and SALT LAKE CITY, Feb. 2 /PRNewswire/ -- Numira Biosciences and Visual Influence today announced the merger of the two companies. As a result of the merger, Visual Influence is now a wholly-owned subsidiary of Numira.
