Not As Weird As It Sounds, Amiko And Its Pill-Bottle Wearable Device

When people think about wearable computing devices the general default is to think about smart watches. For those more creative souls, the idea of the FitBit or Nike Fuelband comes to mind. But the truth is that wearables are a far broader category than just stuff that goes on your wrist. But one company is truly extending the definition of what constitutes a wearable device. Amiko is rolling out what it calls the “World’s First Wearable Activity Tracker for Medication Packages to Improve Medication Adherence”. I have to say that is a fairly big jump in terms of what constitutes “wearing” but nonetheless I wanted to hear more.
