(OTCBB:NIMUE), announced that the Company’s ticker symbol has been changed to NIMUE, effective March 27, 2008 denoting untimely filing of certain reports required by the OTC Bulletin Board to be filed with the SEC. The “E” was added as a result of the Company’s failure to timely file a Form 10-QSB for the Company’s second quarter results for the period ended January 31, 2008.
