December 20, 2007 -- MPI Research of Mattawan, Michigan (USA) and Shanghai Medicilon will form a joint venture in Shanghai to conduct preclinical trial work that meets the standards of the FDA and other international regulatory bodies. Both parent firms are already active in the preclinical space. The new JV will offer customers of both firms a wider range of services than currently is available.
