Herald-Journal Writer -- A job fair to bring on as many as 200 people to start at the Double JJ Resort in Rothbury is being planned for the week following the sale closing April 25. A federal bankruptcy judge last week approved a court trustee’s plan to sell essentially all the Double JJ Resort and assets to Progressive Resort LLC for $9.75 million. Court documents indicate no written or verbal objections were filed with the court prior to the April 9 hearing. The ranch will be operated by American Resort Management of Erie, Pa.,
