Yahoo Finance -- Good-for-you food doesn’t have to be expensive, as evidenced by the menu from the new Mediterranean café, Natura (www.naturaeats.com) in Los Angeles. Although the “healthy” items are made with all-natural ingredients and local, organic produce, prices range from just $.50 for Lentil Koftes (Lentil “balls”) to just $14.95 for authentic, fresh Jumbo Shrimp, Swordfish or Beef Shish Kebabs served with grilled vegetables and organic brown rice. “I want to give my customers fresh and flavorful food, but I want them coming back, so I keep my prices reasonable,” said Jon Morkaya, chef/owner of Natura who has been preparing Mediterranean food for over 20 years.
