Volaris Airlines is not quite ready to lower its landing gear in San Jose. The discount domestic Mexican air carrier has told officials at Mineta San Jose International Airport and members of the San Jose City Council that while it plans to expand into the United States this year, Mineta will not be among its stops. However, it may happen in 2010.
