Doctor's Guide -- CHICAGO -- October 13, 2010 -- A meta-analysis of 17 studies published in the medical literature between 1980 and 2007 indicates that some endometrial polyps are more potentially dangerous than others, according to a study presented here on October 7 at the 21st Annual Meeting of the North American Menopause Society (NAMS).
