TCTMD -- In patients with acute coronary syndromes without ST-segment elevation (NSTE ACS), an early invasive strategy can reduce the risk of recurrent ischemia and shorten hospital stay compared with delayed angiography. The meta-analysis demonstrating these results was published online August 13, 2010, ahead of print in the European Heart Journal.
