FRANKFURT (Thomson Financial) - Merck KGaA. said it bought the rights to distribute 30 of Bristol-Myers Squibb Co.'s prescription drugs in Argentina, Chile and five other Latin American countries for an undisclosed price, to expand its presence in the region.
