Textron CEO Scott Donnelly has been elected to the board of directors of medical-device maker Medtronic. Donnelly, who has been CEO of Textron Inc. (NYSE: TXT) since 2009, will join the board July 1, Fridley-based Medtronic Inc. (NYSE: MDT) said in a news release Wednesday.
