MINNEAPOLIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Medtronic, Inc. (NYSE:MDT), today announced the appointment of Michael J. Coyle as executive vice president and group president of its Cardiology businesses. Coyle will lead all aspects of the group, which includes the company’s Cardiac Rhythm Disease Management (CRDM), CardioVascular and Physio-Control businesses. He will be a member of the Executive Committee and report to Chairman and CEO Bill Hawkins.
