Sen. Orrin Hatch (R-Utah) adds amendment to the Korean Free Trade Agreement in the Senate Finance Committee to repeal the medical device tax, along with several other tenets of the Affordable Care Act. Republicans on the Senate Finance Committee have added a series of healthcare amendments to the Korean Free Trade Act including one to repeal the medical device excise tax.
