LifeScience Alley, the nation’s largest state-based life science trade association, announces the promotion of Shaye Mandle to executive vice president and chief operating officer. In his new role, Mr. Mandle, who has served as vice president of government and affiliate relations for the past year and a half, will focus on aligning internal operations with organizational strategy, while continuing to oversee federal advocacy efforts and key external relationships.
