BURLINGTON, Mass. and SALT LAKE CITY, Feb. 12, 2020 /PRNewswire/ --Laborie Medical Technologies, a leading diagnostic and therapeutic medical technology company, today announced it has completed its acquisition of Clinical Innovations for an enterprise value of $525 million.
