LAVAL, QC, Sept. 12 /CNW Telbec/ - LAB Research Inc. (TSX: LRI) ("LAB
Research" or "LRI"), announced today the completion of the exercise in full of
the over-allotment option granted to the underwriters of its initial public
offering (the "Option") for gross proceeds of $6 million in respect of its
previously announced initial public offering of $40 million which was
completed on August 3rd, 2006. This amount adds to the $40 million IPO
financing and constitute an additional financing for LAB International Inc.
