STOCKHOLM, Sweden--(BUSINESS WIRE)--In accordance with Biovitrum’s (STO:BVT) 2001/2006 warrant programme, 90,000 shares have been issued at SEK 59 per share, with net proceeds of SEK 5,310,000. The remaining 182,900 warrants under the 2001/2006 programme, each entitle to subscribe for two shares, expires on November 30, 2006.
