InventHelp Presents Insect and Mosquito Repelling Outdoor Ring Invention (KSC-1270)

Especially during warm weather months, insects and mosquitos pose a major annoyance to most individuals trying to enjoy the outdoors.

PITTSBURGH, April 18, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Especially during warm weather months, insects and mosquitos pose a major annoyance to most individuals trying to enjoy the outdoors. They hover around people, looking for their next meal and leaving their victims with irritated, itchy bumps. Lately, such insects also pose more serious health hazards, as they have contributed to the spread of viruses and diseases such as West Nile, Zika and more.

An inventor from Edgerton, Kan., has invented INSECT RING, a specially-designed device that is filled with citronella to be burned to repel mosquitoes and other insects. "This invention was inspired by the number of mosquitos that would bother me while I was on my patio," said the inventor. "I was also concerned with the Zika Virus, and felt I needed a better way to prevent mosquitos from biting me." INSECT RING repels mosquitos and other insects, helping to reduce the chance of an individual getting bitten by an insect.

This invention provides a more enjoyable outdoor experience by helping to prevent annoyances caused by insects. It is easy to set up, use, and store until needed. Additionally, it features an adjustable design to best suit the environment in which it is place.

The original design was submitted to the Kansas City office of InventHelp. It is currently available for licensing or sale to manufacturers or marketers.
