JERUSALEM, July 18, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- IDenta Corp. (PINKSHEETS: IDTA) CEO Yaacov Shoham today announced additional details of the agreement with Expobrax Export & Import Ltd.
Mr. Shoham stated, “I want to give a broader picture regarding the agreement signed between IDenta Corp. and the Brazilian company, Expobrax Export & Import Ltd. www.expobrax.com.Br
IDenta Corp. had revealed the connection with the Brazilian company in the press release from June 7, 2011.
The owner of the Brazilian company is Cesar Couto.
The agreement was signed recently after Mr. Couto personally checked with and made connections with many different Brazilian homeland security agencies.
The Brazilian company is committed to purchasing IDenta’s kits for a minimum of 200,000 USD for the first year of the agreement.
Mr. Couto has tested IDenta’s detectors before several different agencies.
Here are some of his e-mails sent to us in the past weeks.
1. Nothing is better than a video...
Yesterday we had our first meeting and product demonstration for the State Police authorities in Rio. The IDenta product was approved beyond all expectancies for its reliability and working simplicity. I was given all details and was invited to participate in the first purchase tender to come in August. The first purchase will be something around 8 to 10 thousand units.
That’s the first step, after that, the sky is the limit. On the other hand, our preparatory program for IDenta’s products is on the way. The site development and folder design are already contracted to be ready in 30 days. Meanwhile, lots of retail sales training, visits and meetings are being prepared in advance.
I’ll keep you abreast of everything.
Regards, Cesar
2. Yes, even on a new drug called “OXI” that comes from cocaine mixed with gasoline, diesel oil, etc. This new drug is becoming a real problem because of its smaller price and high level of addiction...
We’ve used 8 capsules on different drugs from cocaine, crack, marijuana, Ecstasy, LSD and heroin, and it was a complete success...

3. A new drug from Bolivia and Colombia is now devastating Brazilian youth. Different from crack which is mixed with bicarbonate and ammoniac, this drug - called OXI - comes from the cocaine basic pasta and is mixed with kerosene and lime to be very cheap. It’s sold as a small stone (like crack) to be smoked as a piece of crack and is becoming a real problem because of its smaller price and high level of addiction (five times worse than cocaine). The OXI effects are terrible and their addicts lose teeth, weight and become addicted very fast...
Since it has the same active principle of cocaine, it can be identified by our IDenta capsules as cocaine. We have tested it successfully during our first experimentation in the State Police Headquarters.
