RIVERSIDE, CA--(Marketwired - April 12, 2013) - Ingen Technologies, Inc.'s (PINKSHEETS: IGNT) is pleased to announce that on April 11, 2013 the company and ATMC Inc. have finalized the negotiations and anticipate signing the Purchase and Agreement of Acquisition early next week.

The Southern California-based ATMC is an Inter-Exchange Carrier licensed by the FCC for domestic and International Telecommunications services, providing voice services serving Domestic and International Public and Private Telephone Companies.
