Sixteen months after the acquisition of Immco Diagnostics Inc., its Irish parent company is making good on a promise to continue growing business in Western New York.
Trinity Biotech plc (NASDAQ: TRIB), an international diagnostic products company, acquired Immco in fall of 2013 in a $32.75 million deal.
Immco is now planning a 50 percent expansion of its third floor laboratory operation at the Thomas R. Beecher Jr. Innovation Center on the Buffalo Niagara Medical Campus, growing its 5,000-square-foot lab by another 2,800 square feet.
