Healagenics, Inc. is a health-care technology firm focused on the wound-care market. Founded in 2002, the Company has an exclusive license to certain proprietary technology that has shown preliminary, but very encouraging clinical data. Technologies are intended for a broad spectrum of wounds, that include pressure and diabetic ulcers and open, chemical, radiation and burn wounds, ENT, as well as scar reduction and keloid management technology.
