openhagen, Denmark; October 16, 2012 – Genmab A/S (OMX: GEN) announced today that the Danish Financial Supervisory Authority has approved the prospectus prepared in connection with the admittance to trading and official listing on NASDAQ OMX Copenhagen A/S of shares issued to Johnson & Johnson Development Corporation in a private placement. The issue of 5,400,000 shares is in connection with the daratumumab license agreement with Janssen Biotech, Inc. signed August 30, 2012 (Company Announcements 20, 21 and 22).
