From T-Bills to T-Cells (R&D Tax Credit Amendment)

CMPI -- The Senate Finance Committee night passed an amendment to healthcare reform legislation that would create a $1 billion temporary tax credit over two years for investments in drug R&D by companies with 250 or fewer employees.
