Fort Collins-Loveland Among Nation’s Bright Spots for Jobs

Coloradoan --The Fort Collins-Loveland area is a rare bright spot in the nation’s job landscape, one of the few metro areas to add jobs in the last year, according to new federal statistics released Thursday. The area had about 600 more non-farm jobs in January 2009 than a year earlier, a growth rate of 0.5 percent, according to figures from the Bureau of Labor Statistics.
