A former Acumed executive is suing the Hillsboro-based medical device manufacturer, alleging the company fired him for investigating illegal payoffs and kickbacks made to physicians and government officials.
Edward Boehmer is asking for up to $10 million in damages following his dismissal as Acumed’s chief compliance officer and global director of quality, regulatory and compliance.
