SPOKANE, Wash., July 16 /PRNewswire/ -- The INHS Foundation, a fund raising arm of Inland Northwest Health Services, has selected five healthcare programs that serve the needs of patients in eastern Washington, north Idaho and western Montana to receive $12,000 in targeted program support.
The recipients include Camp Fun in the Sun, a program for children with diabetes which will receive $3,000 to support camp scholarships for children in financial need. Northwest MedStar, the region’s premiere air ambulance service will receive $1,616 to finance purchase of training equipment for MedStar medical crews. St. Luke’s Rehabilitation Institute, the only facility in Washington dedicated to complete medical rehabilitation care, will receive the balance of the grant money to benefit both patient and professional development programs.
