HCN Online -- Relatively new to the Houston market, one extended-stay hotel chain is working on a major expansion effort. Already in Northwest Houston at State Highway 249 in the Willowbrook area, Value Place, a national extended stay hotel chain, will open three new hotels in the greater Houston area by March in Katy, on Airtex Drive and at the Westpark Tollway at Beltway 8.
