(“Trigen”) have entered into a confidential agreement settling all claims, including patent infringement claims brought by Everett against Trigen, involved in the lawsuit brought by Everett against Trigen in federal court in New Jersey. Pursuant to the settlement and the terms of a Consent Judgment and Permanent Injunction agreed to by the parties and without any admission of liability, Trigen has ceased all manufacture, sales and distribution of its TL-Assure One and TL-Assure+DHA prenatal vitamin supplements and discontinued their National Drug Code numbers.
