VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - December 15, 2010) - EnWave Corporation (TSX VENTURE: ENW)(FRANKFURT: E4U) (“EnWave” or “the Company”) today announced that the Company has signed a Collaboration Agreement (“the Agreement” or “the Collaboration”) with the world’s largest organic carrot and vegetable producer, Grimmway Farms (“Grimmway”), based in Lamont, California. The Collaboration will focus on the development and testing of a variety of dried vegetable products using EnWave’s nutraREV™ dehydration technology. After a positive initial evaluation, the companies have agreed to enter a more extensive testing program with a completion target of Q3 2011. If successful, the Collaboration could lead to a commercial license and machine order by the end of 2011. Further terms of the Agreement are confidential.
